With a bachelor's degree in communications and public relations and a DEC in marketing, Maude has many years' experience in sales, communications and call center operations management. Her passion for real estate comes from her mother, one of the first female real estate brokers in Abitibi-Témiscamingue. She also feels inspired by the achievements of her father, who was a dynamic entrepreneur involved in his community.

This finance graduate made the jump from the hotel industry to real estate after working for several years at the AX Hotel in Mont-Tremblant. Mollie was director of operations as well as responsible for event groups and accounting. Real estate investment had attracted her since her youth. It was while building her first house that she discovered a true passion for real estate.

After completing a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Isabelle embarked on a professional career in Hospitality. Starting her journey at the Fairmont Tremblant coordinating group sales events and then joining WesternTrust, a North American vacation rental property management company where she worked for 13 years. Having climbed the ranks through various positions, Isabelle possesses a robust set of skills including sales, marketing, leadership, and global operational management. After over 20 years in the tourism industry, she is now transferring her knowledge and passion into real estate where she plans to further her personal and professional growth by joining the Maude & Mollie team.
